Jason joined Summit Accounting Solutions in September of 2015. Prior to joining Summit, Jason owned and operated Legacy CPA, LLC, a Certified Public Accounting firm, that specialized in coordinating and consulting with businesses, their owners, individuals and families in building, maintaining and transitioning wealth within the family unit. Jason currently serves as President of Summit Accounting Solutions.

Currently, Jason holds the Certified Public Accountant, (CPA) and the Chartered Global Management Accountant, (CGMA) designations. As a CPA, CGMA he has the ability to guide critical business decisions and drive strong business performance using skills that encompass a mix of taxation, operations, management and strategy. Jason is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and a voting member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jason brings over 10 years of experience in the public accounting and business consulting industry. He is a Colorado native and a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has an extensive background in strategic tax planning, tax preparation, small business consulting and analysis. He uses his experience in these areas to assist clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Jason, his wife Beth, and their two kids Claire and Cooper live in Monument, Colorado. He spends his free time with his family and in the outdoors, fishing, camping, hiking, and hunting whenever an opportunity exists.
